When installing the toolbar on FF, I had to allow the site for the installation to take place. If you encounter this issue, go to Tools, Options, WebFeatures, then Allowed. Paste http://safeadlist.ourtoolbar.com/ into the box and add it to your allowed list. You must then restart your FF. Once done, the toolbar then appears.
